Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SpecShot (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

SpecShot is a Chrome extension and web portal that captures website sections and generates AI-ready development prompts. The Service is provided "as is" and may evolve over time as features are added or removed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Capture or reproduce content in violation of any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Use the Service to facilitate spam, harassment, or illegal activity.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without an Agency-tier reseller agreement.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel any time from your billing settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion for failed service.

Captures, prompts, and other content you create remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your content or share it with third parties beyond what is required to operate the Service (e.g., cloud storage providers, payment processors).

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove your data within 30 days.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scayver Graphix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
